Question 1. You give dimensions of 35.5x15.75" Is the latter number diameter or width when the bag is flat or ???
2. When the bag is full and cinched down what are the dimensions H,W, Depth or H and diameter if round?
3. Can the bag be cinched down so that the dimensions H, W, and Depth added up would be no more than 62"? this is the airline limit to avoid $150 surcharge each way.
4. would the bag be waterproof if you had to swim with it for some distance?
Answer 35.5” is the high and 15.75” is the diameter after expand.

It is just like other dry bag you can fold the top part as much as you want, before buckle it up so it won’t have more than 62”

This bag is waterproof. Just roll neck tightly over the buckle at least 4 times, than attach the buckles to seal the bag.

These are extremely durable drybags. I keep them with my fishing gear and have never had a puncture problem.
