This suit is luxurious with its Titanium lined glide skin interior, and flat-stitched seams so comfortable to the skin. Thin-cut 1mm wetsuits are usually very expensive – this one’s affordable. They say you can’t be too thin or too rich – the IST 1mm Titanium-lined full suit lets you be both.

Question	I'm 5'6", 155 lbs, waist is 30. I'm looking for a wetsuit for Lake Michigan Triathlon in August. I've never worn a wetsuit before and I'm afraid it will be too tight. I'm going to wear running shorts with compression underwear underneath the suit. What size should I get? Can I effectively swim in this suit?
Answer	This will be a great suit for triathlon, it is a 1mm wetsuit with glide skin, so it will keep you as warm as a 3mm wetsuit, also it is very thin, so the suit has great maneuverability. From the size you provided, we would suggest to go with the size small.

Question	does this wetsuit come in xxl? or is xl the largest?
Answer	The XL is the largest size we provide.

Question	I am 5' 10" and 178 lb. What size do you recommend? Also, I am thinking of using this suit in water that is probably no warmer than about 50 F. Do you think it will be adequate without supplemental insulation? Do you offer an exchange if the size is incorrect?
Answer	This gauge wetsuit, 1mm even with its Titanium lining will be inadequate in 50 F, and even with supplemental insulation. For water this cold, we recommend probably a 7mm wetsuit, (and no thinner than 5mm). From the dimensions you gave us, it appears you would take a L, but without the additional dimensions of chest, and hip we cannot recommend for sure.
