Question	How sturdy is the sole? Where I dive there is a lot of ironshore and my old Henderson dive shoes with a thick sole have finally bit the dust. Thanks for your reply.

Question	Does the one size smaller for ladies apply to this boot also?
Answer	Yes, you still go a size lower.
