Question	I measure 23inches. 1. Which size should I get? Medium or Large? 2. My old hood is 6.5mm and 11mm, do you think this 5mm hood would be just as warm if the fit was the same? Thanks, Charlie
Answer	From your measurement, medium will fit very snug, I would suggest large. For this hood since the inside is titanium lined, so it do give you lot more warmth than 5mm hood without it.

The TiNeoskin provides a greater amount of warmth and therefore should allow for a thinner hood than usually worn. We all know that thinner wetsuits are more flexible and comfortable than thicker ones.
