From IST, this is a super-durable, armor-clad high quality boot. 20cm (8”) high, these 5mm nylon II boots are built tough with vulcanized rubber sole, and additional heel cap for maximum protection, strength and durability. Features also include built-in fin strap cleat to secure your fins, and to take the boot off hands-free with your other foot, and a no.10 ultra sturdy zip. These boots are guaranteed to keep your feet warm and safe in very cold water dives. An excellent open heel fin boot.

True to size and with the vulcanized soles, make good shoes for the boat.

Boots seem a little bigger than 9 but they should be OK. Thats the risk of buying on line without ability to try on prior to purchase. The quality looks good and as described. Won't have an opportunity to use them till next spring.
