We are going to Cozumel MX soon and are going to snorkel a lot. We want a wetsuit type outerwear that is thin, very flexible, protects us from some sun, cool enough to be worn for awhile on the beach, but can be removed easily enough (sippers etc). Just want a light-weight flexible protection from sun and "itsy bitsy" jelly fish when snorkeling and playing on the beach. Any suggestions? Please advise.

thanks for your message, this suit is a front zip style full suit. We usually recommend our customers to choose there suit base on height first, so size 5 should better fit you but for the weight concern it will be fine if you bump up a size larger.

this .5 mm wetsuit wont be able to stretch as much. Since it is a thin layer suit. its a multi functional wetsuit that can be use for a under suit or for swimming, snorkeling.

I want to use this for ocean, lake swims in CA. Not necessarily for competitive swimming but more for pleasure. My biggest concern is chafing and temperature. Waters I'm talking about range from 64 to 74.
