For the vest, a Large would be recommended, XL for a more comfortable fit. As for waist, you most likely would need a 2XL.

Yes, this vest is excellent for swimming in pools, and is not affected by chlorine. Delivery to Canada is either FedEx flat rate: $30, 3-5 days; USPS first class, delivery varies: $6.58 or USPS Priority, 12-18 days: $22.25
