Answer We would recommend the M, but it might be a little tight on your chest. We are currently out of L, so the next size up will be a XL, and it will fit loose, and a bit long.

I just tried this hooded vest 2X and it did its job as I expected. Easy to put on and take off. Keeps me warmer than just shorts and rash guard alone. Convenient and easy to clean.
