Question	I wear a women's 9 1/2. Since you don't offer half sizes, should I order a size up, or a size down?

Question	I want to get some water booties that I use for metal detecting in shallow water on rivers and lakes. I will be walking on sand and gravel with some stones. I wear a man size 10 shoe. How do I determine the size of the boot I should order? I have a thin neopreme sock that I normally wear when I have a wetsuit on and I have boots on while dredging. Should I go to alocal shop and try some on to make sure? Thanks.
