I purchased this belt for fitness purposes, not for scuba use. I already own a weighted fitness vest and wanted a weighted belt. This belt was a significantly lower priced option than the weighted fitness belts that I'd seen on the market. The pockets on this belt are the perfect size to put my 2lbs. weights in. To ensure that I'd have the flexibility that I wanted, I ordered the largest size so I could add or subtract weights depending on my workout. The construction of the belt is very sturdy and the added bonus is that the belt length is adjustable. It was the perfect belt at the perfect price!

Basic, but quite functional. For the price, this weight belt is great! Be aware though, the small (3 pocket) size is only capable of holding about 10-12 lbs. of soft weight. The 4 pocket size can hold about 18 lbs. If you need to carry more weight in your belt, better go for the 5 pocket.

I have other weight belts but wanted one that would easy to slip the weights in and out easy without threading or zippers.
