Can you advise if he is better off with a shorty or a full suit. If he sails in March through May, he will need a dry suit as well.
For now , I am interested in what type of wet suit. he will be sailing in a 420 and maybe a laser.
He is 125 lid and 5 ft 3 inches

If your waist line is 22, then we will recommend small. Also the material will keep you warmer than regular spandex.

I'm a senior (77)and thin. I have difficulty keeping warm at the pool and at the shore. Easy change and flexibility while swimming are important to me. What would you recommend in a short suit?

Here are some alternatives in a thin neoprene shorty wetsuit. For swimming mobility, the "short john" will give you lots of arm flexibility. That suit has something called Metal-Light which makes up for the ultra thin neoprene in warmth. The other two are thicker, also great suits, so depending on the temperature of the pool or ocean, they are options, as well.
