This suit is great! My son is wearing it for triathlons in Canadian lakes (which are quite cold, even in summer). It is flexible and moves well; it does not restrict his stroke but still keeps him warm. My son is very slim and it fits him perfectly. Would probably be OK for an average build also, but I'm not sure how well it would fit a husky child - it is definitely cut for a slim build.
