General:

Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept all types of payments but keep in mind that for checks and any mail-in payments, we will only ship the product out when the payment is recieved. We recommend that you should contact us before deciding to mail out your payment.

Q: I picked the right size based on your chart, how come my wetsuit is so tight?
A: Depending on the brand of the wetsuit you purchase, the suit may come tighter or looser than other brands. Our size chart fits the description for most of the products we carry, but the results may vary. You should always choose one size up if you are not sure between two sizes.

Q: Help! I don't know what I should choose.
A: No problem! We offer live support on our website. If you click on the "Live Chat" icon (while it is online), you will be connected to someone who can assist you with your purchase.

Q: How can I apply my discount code to my order?
A: Type it into the box found at the checkout page.


Returns:

Q: What is your return policy?
A:
- Within 45 days - Seavenger.com will accept merchandise for 100% refund (less the shipping charge), if the items are new with original manufacturer's packaging.

- Within 45 days - Seavenger.com will accept merchandise for 75% refund (less the shipping charge), if the items are used or not returned with original packaging.

- Between 45-120 days - If the merchandises are new with original manufacturer's packaging we will credit you 100% store credit that can be used to purchase any product we sell on the Seavenger.com

Q: How can I return or exchange closeout items?
A: Please note that we DO NOT accept returns for closeout items. You can request for an exchange, but only if: 1) Your item was damaged when recieved.

 

Q: Do I need to pay for shipping if I'm returning/exchanging my product?
A: Yes, you pay for shipping back to us and for exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost for the first replacement on non-closeout products.

Q: How do you ship your products?
A: With either UPS or USPS. You can select your prefered shipping method when you checkout your order.

Q: I'm from outside the USA, how long will it take for my package to get here?
A: This varies for different countries. Depending on customs and location, sometimes it can take a couple additional weeks for your order to arrive.

Q: Why does it take 24-72 hours for shipments to process?
A: With a high volume of orders on a daily basis, we do our best to ship out orders in the most timely matter. We typically have the order shipped out the next business day after you place your order.

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?
A: If you place an order for $100.00 USD or more, you automatically qualify for free shipping. You can track it with the price counter on the top of our website (next to your shopping cart icon). 


Q: I am a international customer, do I qualify for free shipping?
A: No, free shipping is only for the qualified 48 states in the U.S.
