Answer	Since rashguards are very stretchable, it is very hard to get the right dimensions. Rash Guards are designed to be worn skintight and are therefore manufactured accordingly. If you wear a large polo shirt, and order a large rash guard, you will have 2 different fits. Your large polo shirt will fit loose and hang over your body while the large rash guard will be skintight and shorter. If you are looking for the looser fit, you'll need to order up to 3 sizes larger in the rash guard. In your case: If large rashguards are skintight on you and you are looking for the looser fit, both XL and XXL will be ok for you. If you can’t put a large rashguards in, get XXL

Question	Trying to figure out a size. Compared to other size charts on the internet I think I am a large. That is what I wear with normal clothes and would like this to be skin tight. I'm a man. 6 feet 1 inch, 180 pounds, chest 42, Waist of 32. What size should I get?
Answer	For skin tight fit, you will need to get the same size as your polo shirt. If you want the suit to be a little bit loose, you can try buying one size larger.

Submited By: ArJay on 01/05/2012 Good lengthand fit in arms and body. No restriction in shoulder movement. A liittle too tight neck opening. Seems to be a compromised fit due to inelastic stiching around the neck openning.
