There’s a trend towards low-volume frameless mask designs amongst scuba divers, and the Tilos Excel keeps pace. The Excel is a great low-volume design at a great price, with tempered glass lenses molded directly into the soft, silicone skirt in a single molding. The Excel has a lower tear-drop shape for excellent downward visibility. It’s narrower at the temples for improved fit, but widens again at the eyebrow to provide improved vision when glancing up. The Excel’s skirt is extremely soft, and the mask has molded ridges at the top and bottom for an improved grip, when donning and doffing. Strap attachment is molded directly to the mask skirt, providing more comfort and a better fit. Scuba Diving Magazine rated the Excel comparably to much more expensive masks from other manufacturers. Available in Black and Clear.
