Surprisingly excellent fins, very happy with my purchase. Have used them dozens of times, swimming as hard as I wanted to, and they still look like brand new. They fit and wear well. Plenty of power, the fin uses your heel on the down kick to plow through the water if you simply bend your knees. Bought them for work out in pool, they are so powerfull and give you enough balance that you don't have to kick at all, and can concentrate on a great upper body work out. If you swim with your toes pointed, you might have to adapt your kick style.
The fin is stiff with half the flexibility of a really soft rubber type fin, which means you don't have to kick as often. You can hover for hours with these. The water channels allow for fast kicks, or slow ones. You can easily do the flutter kicks with these. Fits easily in the bag. I would feel comfortable diving with these. Cold water divers wearing lots of weights might want something with more power.
