Now first off, you will have to equalize your ears by squeezing your nose and blowing. You will always need to do that, but since the pressure around your ears is not as great as the surrounding water, you will do it less frequently. I found that I was at depth quicker than ever.
You will get water in your ear cups, but do not fear, it is easy to expel. I found the easiest way to be holding the mask and the dry ear cup with one hand while holding the top of the other ear cup with the second hand. Then just blow into your mask. The water will drain from the ear cup that has water in it.
I would recommend this mask to anyone that has ear troubles, you will not regret it.
