Answer	A full length dive skin will give you more insulation from the water, and therefore will be more efficient in keeping you warmer. A rash guard is really more for protection from the sun and jellyfish stings. Answer	This belt should be good for beginners. As far as what weights to recommend, that is dependent upon your weight, and the thickness of the wetsuit you are wearing. It can be anywhere from 12-18 lbs, but if you supply us with that information, we can better assist you.

Question	Hi, I like the black belts with quick release buckle made of pvc , But need it in one inch wide and or 1 1/2 wide , wasit size 36 inch so whatever 30 to 38 fine oas long fits 36 . and not wider then 1 1/2 wide. thanks also cost?
