Within 45 days - Seavenger.com will accept merchandise for 100% credit or refund (less the shipping charge), if the items are new with original manufacturer's packaging.
Within 45 days - Seavenger.com will accept merchandise for 75% credit that can be used to purchase any product we sell on the Seavenger.com (less the shipping charge), if the items are used or not returned with original packaging.
Between 45-120 days - If the merchandises are new with original manufacturer's packaging we will credit you 100% that can be used to purchase any product we sell on the Seavenger.com
-> It is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping a product back to us. No C.O.D. shipments accepted.
-> Closeout items cannot be return.
-> Refunds for any returned Free Shipping items will be deducted by the amount of the free shipping incentive from the original order.
Return Procedure
1. Verify that all merchandises are in the original packaging with unused condition, and that all components, manuals, tags, labels and accessories are included. Do not mark on the original product packaging.
2. Please include this form with a copy of your receipt or packing list.
3. For your protection, use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground.
