Product Description

We answered the need early-on for prescription mask lenses. A pioneer innovator in supplying prescription diving mask lenses, Seavenger.com offers a range of interchangeable lenses in clear, tinted and optical prescription choices including bi-focal diopters. These high-end lenses from manufacturers such as IST and Tilos can be fitted to a variety of different mask styles and facial profiles, including children. Clear lenses are made from super-transparent glass, and offer stunning panoramic underwater viewing, as well as gauge reader bifocal diopters available on select masks. Prescription lenses range from -1.0 to -8.0 for divers who are near-sighted, and +1.0 and 4.0 for those who are far-sighted. A selection of tinted lenses offer sharp clear vision and drastically reduced glare both on the surface, and underwater. You can order prescription optical lenses for most l twin-lens masks and select goggles.

This revolutionary, color-changeable frame snorkel mask is available with a set of optional multi-hued rings to fit around the tempered glass lens frames -- Grey, Yellow, Clear Blue, Pink and Clear Red -- hence the name, Saturn. The black, liquid injected exclusive hypoallergenic soft silicone offers extraordinary and unparalleled comfort and fit. The Saturn rests on your face, and does not leave rings even after an extended snorkel or dive. So, if you are tired of masks leaving ring-around-the-eyeballs, and would rather have them around the frame, Saturn is for you.

Saturn provides an exceptionally wide field of view. The raked dual tempered lenses with their patented inverted angled tear shape. The silicone mask strap is a wide strap that provides an evenly dispersed, snug fit and comfort to the back of your head.

All the way around, Saturn is a space-age engineered marvel of colorful design thatís ideal for snorkeling or scuba diving. Especially good for average to wide facial profiles, and prescription lenses are available.

High quality silicone skirt designed to fit average to wide facial profile.

Question My Rx is:
OD -0.50/-0.50/005
OS -0.50/-1.00/005
And the chart shows right 0 left -1. Does that mean the right lense has no correction? I already have a mask and I just need the Rx lense.

Answer Based on your RX, you do not need correction lenses.

Question Can you sell me the colour ring inserts for the Saturn Mask, my inserts have worn out and I have lost the supplied items?

I am in England.

Answer We can sell the rings separately; shipping to England might be costly.

Question To order this mask with no correction in the top and my reading prescription in the bottom, I fill in the Sphere column, and leave the rest blank, correct?
And I have +1.50 and +1.75, but the recommendation is +1.50 in both - why is that?

Answer http://seavenger.com/hawk-eyes-scuba-diving-mask-with-bifocal-compatible-gauge-reader-red-p-1429.html

The mask you referenced does not come with bi-focal options, only a prescription for the full lens. The above link takes you to the Hawk Eyes, which is our bifocal gauge reader mask. It is available in 1.75, 2.25 and 2.75. You'd probably take 1.75 for both sides.

Question My brother's prescription is +1.25 right and +1.25 left. He likes this mask. What should I put down for lens request?
Answer http://seavenger.com/silicone-twin-lens-low-volume-mask-piha-available-p-1006.html
Our lens calculator indicates a mask with +1.00 both sides, but the mask you reference does not offer this prescription. Here are three that do.

Question I have the IST Proline Mask (thinking it is the M9). It has the color rings and the prescription lens glass. One of the rings popped out and I am unable to put the ring back in. Your product says we are able to put the rings in "without" equipment. I am finding this very difficult to do. We only have one dive shop here in El Paso and they said they "could not fix it" (probably because we bought it somewhere else). Regardless, I am unable to put the ring back. Is there a manual you can download with directions on how to put the ring and lens back in?
Answer If you start from the top, working around outside of the mask's frame until you get to the last ring on the inside which you may need a pliers to more forcibly insert.

Question I bought an M9-C mask with grey rings a few years ago and have really enjoyed it. It's still like new! I've had cataract surgery and need new lenses. Can I order just the lenses? If so, how much are they and how do I order them? I'm in Anchorage, AK; do you have a dealer here?
Answer You can order the lenses here

Question can you put prescription bifocal lens in my Genesis Pan View mask? if so what is the cost? Or do I need to get a new mask? Thanks
Answer http://seavenger.com/hawk-eyes-scuba-diving-mask-with-bifocal-compatible-gauge-reader-black-p-1430.html

We cannot put bifocals in the Genesis; however we can fulfill prescription bifocals in the Hawk Eyes.

Question My prescription is as follows:
Right eye -0.75/-0.5/100

Left eye -0.75/-0.75/078

Is this item available to accommodate my prescription? Thank you for your reply.

Answer Yes, we can fulfill this prescription: -1.00, left, and -1.00 right.

Question I bought a snorkel mask from a local vender with prescription lenses about 15 years ago. Clear plastic mask with blue rings. I believe that the rx lenses were -8.0 diopters left and -7.0 diopters right. I was able to see things under water OK without prescription lenses, but I saw things much, much better with the prescription lenses. The mask says "Saturn", and looks exactly like the M9-C mask in this picture. The last time I used the mask it leaked horribly. I found that there was sand preventing a good seal. I popped out the blue rings, cleaned sand and salt from the edges, and replaced the lenses. Unfortunately, when I next went snorkeling, the right lens popped out and was lost. A couple of the edges which hold the rings in place broke off, thus resulting in a lost right eye lens. I would like to keep that mask and replace the right lens. My current eye prescription: left eye -9.5, right eye -7.75 Thus: I would like to order a -7.5 prescription right eye lens for a Saturn clear scuba mask M9-C, and 2 blue color rings to hold them in. I will try to fix my original mask with those. I would also like to order a clear M9-C mask with the left eye -9.0 and right eye -7.5. If you don't have a -9.0 left eye for this mask in stock, please place a -8.0 diopter lens in the left eye (right eye -7.5) That way, I will have 2 masks where the parts should be relatively interchangeable should I need same. I only snorkel and so I don't need to see up close with my mask (ie to look at a watch or tank gauge).
I don't see a way for me to do easily place this order on your website. Could someone help me with this order?

Answer Please give us a call at 909 594 9000, we will be able to get this order process for you over the phone.

Question I have astigmatism can i get leses that adjudt for that what about trifocals
Answer If your astigmatism is not too bad, then yes, these are ok, but if they are high, then these lenses will not work well.

Question Hi. My dad purchased a mask exactly like this about 10 to 15 years ago. He got prescription lenses. His eyes are just about the same so he would like to just get a mask and add the lenses that he already purchased. Is this possible and how much would it be?
Answer Yes. Just get the mask and he can change the lenses himself.

Question Got my Saturn masks today. Love it, but I need help!!!

I tried changing the rings on the mask, but I cannot put it back together. Any suggestions? Do I need a special tools?

Question If my perscription for distance is -3.25 Right and -2.75 Left, what should I put down for lens request? -3.50 OR -3.00 for Right and
-3.00 OR -2.50 for Left?? Please advise. Judy

Answer -3.00 and -2.50 are better

I have been happy with this mask for about 8 years. I have no RX, I just found the standard mask fit me well and was very comfortable. The silicone seal seems to work particularly well, less water gets in, and I feel it fogs less. I use mine every week now, and it is holding up very well.

The mice chewed up my mask over the summer and I was afraid I'd never find another mask that would fit my prescription lenses. But, low and behold, Seavenger had the EXACT mask I needed, at a great price and with quick efficient shipping. I'm off to Turks and Caicos where I will be able to SEE while diving with my new mask and old lenses. Seavenger saved the day!

This mask has a corrective lens inserted and worked so well on our recent caribbean snorkel adventures. Water does tend to seep into the nasal area but never in to the eye area. I would recommend this to anyone who has glasses but would like to enjoy the wonders below the water! Haven't figured out how to switch out the color rings but then I really don't care what color they are anyway.
