FULL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Question Greetings,

I urgently need to purchase flags with bouys. The specifications are:

- height: 2.5 to 3.0 m high
- extras: with one or two lead weight at the bottom

I am in Nairobi, Kenya.

My contact details are:

Email:
Telephone: +254722287615

Regards,

Peninnah.

Answer We do ship to Kenya, here are the shipping costs:

USPS (Priority Mail International (12 - 18 Days)) $113.15
FedEx FedEx (International Priority (2 - 3 Days)) $218.76
FedEx FedEx (International Economy (3 - 5 Days)) $164.82

Question I had the same question as the previous person. No directions on how to attach the flag and ball. My other question - products like this that I have used before have a metal rod to hold the flag stiff. Was this just missing? Or, does it not come with one?
Answer Unfortunately, there are no directions but they are the same: It is actually a little bit tricky. Locate the blue piece and put it in hot or warm water until it softens up. Then just position it on top of the ball once you slide them on the pole. The softened blue piece will fit into the hole of the ball, and the flag and slide on after that. Also, this product does not come with a metal rod to hold the flag stiff.

Question I just received the diving ball as a gift-how do you attach the flag and ball to the pole with the weight. There were no directions.
Answer It is actually a little bit tricky but very easy. Locate the blue piece and put it in hot or warm water until it softens up. Then just position it on top of the ball once you slide them on the pole. The softened blue piece will fit into the hole of the ball, and the flag and slide on after that.
