• A:  We will determine the best way to ship your order and it might take longer for us to process your order.

• A:  Add the appropriate amount of eligible products into your shopping basket  and ship within continental U.S. (48 states)
• A: Applies only to orders with at least $100 of qualifying merchandise, excluding gift-wrap charges and taxes, at the Seavenger.com Web sites.

• Q: How long does my order take to ship?
• A:  All normal orders usually ships with in 24 Business Hours after the order is placed. (extra 48 hours for Super Saver Shipping) However, it might take up to 2-7 business days for delivery. 

• Q: How do you ship the orders?
• A: This is our standard shipping method:

1. Orders shipped to street addresses in the continental U.S.: Shipped By USPS
2. Orders shipped to P.O. boxes and rural routes in the continental US: USPS
3. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: USPS Priority Mail. 

• Q: Can I ship my order to a different state or address from my billing address?
• A: Sure, you certainly may ship to any address you wish. However we might need to contact you to do some verification.To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address that you provide so that we are able to contact you if need be. 

• Q: How can I check on the status of my order?

• Once at the "My Account" page, you will see all your orders.  

• Q: How can I cancel my order?
• A: We are unable to modify or cancel your order once the order has been placed. 
   
• Q: Will I be emailed my tracking number once my order ships out?
• A: Yes, You will get an email with a tracking # once the order has been approved to ship, but please allow up to 48-72 hours for Tracking activity to follow. There will be movement within that time frame. Your tracking information can be viewed from our website.
