Answer	XL would be the better fit.
Question	1) I wear size 35 European; 5D women's and 4Wide boys'. What size should I order? 2) What is the length of the fin? (I recently bought short fins and found they required too much energy to keep up with the group. My old long fins were harder on my ankles but I could move much more quickly through the water. 3) What is the suggested length for a speed and comfort?
Answer	You should get the XS size, the length of the fins depends on the size you order. I don't have the exact measurement, but you can compare your previous fins with the picture by looking at the top portion after the foot pocket. I suggest looking into a open heel split fin if you want improvements for speed. Comfort wise, I believe these fins will do justice.
Question	If I wear a women's 6.5 shoe, would I need an XS or Small IST Velox snorkeling fin? Thank you!

Submited By: Jim Pamplin on 11/30/2010 I bought large fins, anticipating being able to use them in combination with the 3mm nylon/neoprene socks. I opted to pick them up at the Seavenger shop, and was glad I did - they were snug on my bare feet - there would clearly be no room for 3mm socks. There were no extra-large fins in stock, so Seavenger mailed me an extra-large pair of fins. I think the extra-large pair of fins will work fine once I find a pair of socks that fit. Until then, they are too big for my bare feet! For comments on my purchase of 3mm nylon/neoprene socks, please see my separate response.
