Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for a full refund up to 30 days of the purchase date. Returns initiated between 31 and 365 days from the purchase date are eligible for store credit. All returns must be in unused, sellable condition with all original labeling, packaging, pamphlets, and/or inserts (if applicable).
Masks and goggles that have been custom-fitted with prescription lenses are not eligible for return.
Returns Within The Contiguous U.S.
Shipping costs to return the item are not included. We can provide a prepaid shipping label for a flat fee of $15.00, which will be deducted from your refund amount. To request a prepaid shipping label, please contact us directly and provide your order and item numbers (applicable to the contiguous U.S. only).
If you prefer, you may choose to ship at your own expense via a secure shipping method of your choice. In this case, please contact us directly and provide your order and item numbers to notify us of the return request. We will respond to confirm receipt of your request and provide shipping instructions.
Our 365-Day Return policy is applicable to international returns. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for shipping costs and other fees associated with the return. Please contact us directly with your order number, item number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable) to confirm whether or not you will be responsible for return costs.
If you still wish to return the item after contacting us, please fill out the return form provided by our Customer Service Department and send it back with your item(s).
Our Customer Service Department reviews this type of request on an individual basis. Please contact us directly and provide your order and item numbers and describe the defect. Please include pictures of the defect(s).
