RETURNS

 

365 DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We cannot accept returns of masks and goggles that have been custom fitted with prescription lenses. However, we can accept returns of all other Seavenger products in unused, sellable condition with all original packaging, pamphlets or inserts (if applicable) and labeling for up to 365 days from the date of your order. Returns meeting these conditions that are initiated within 30 days of purchase date are eligible for a full refund. Returns meeting these conditions that are initiated from 31 – 365 days of purchase date are eligible for store credit.

 

 

RETURNS WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS 48 UNITED STATES

We can provide a pre-paid shipping label for a flat fee of US$10; use the contact form on this page and provide your order and item number to request a pre-paid shipping label.

 

If you prefer, you may ship the return at your own expense instead. In that case, please use the contact form at right and provide your order and item number to notify us of the return request. We will respond to confirm receipt of your request and provide shipping instructions.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We will of course honor our 30 - 365 day return policies as described above but depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for all shipping and other fees associated with the return. You can contact us with your order number to confirm whether or not you will be responsible for return costs. Describe the reason(s) for your return request and attach pictures if applicable.

 

If you still wish to return the item after contact with us, please fill out the return form provided by our Customer Service Department and send it back with your item(s).

 

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Our Customer Service Department reviews this type of request on an individual basis. Please complete the contact form on this page with your order number and describe the defect. Please attach pictures of the defect(s).
