Domestic orders for $10 USD or more are eligible for free standard shipping to any location within the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).

If you choose free standard shipping at checkout, we will select the most cost-efficient delivery method and carrier.

Opting Out Of Free Standard Shipping

You may choose to reject the Free Standard Shipping option and pay for 2-day shipping for a total flat cost of $24.99 USD. FedEx Ground and FedEx overnight shipping costs is subject to change based on your shipping location.

What shipping cut of time?

The must be placed by 7:00 a.m. PST to be process on the same day. 

What shipping options are available, and how much does each one cost?

We offer a choice of either FedEx or USPS for domestic orders. All international orders are shipped via FedEx. You can view all available shipping options and their associated costs during the checkout process.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders for in-stock items generally ship the following business day. 

Free standard shipping orders may require an additional 1-3 business days of processing time during peak shopping seasons. Bulk orders may also require an additional 1-3 business days of processing time.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email once the order has passed to the shipping carrier. Shipping details, including estimated time for delivery and any applicable tracking number(s), will be included in the shipping confirmation email. 

Can I make arrangements for a will-call pickup?

Yes, we would be happy to set up a will-call pickup. To set up a time to pick up your order, you can either call 909-923-8050 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. PST or contact us directly after you have received your order confirmation email. 

My order was damaged in delivery. Who do I contact?

We make every attempt to package and prepare orders with care so your items will arrive in perfect condition, but once the package is passed to the shipping carrier it is no longer under our control.

If there are any damaged or missing item(s) when your order is received, please keep the original shipping carton and packaging and contact us immediately for further instructions.

Please do not return the merchandise without going through these steps because it will delay replacement of your order or the issuance of credit. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order for any reason before it is packed. Please contact us directly by calling 909-923-8050 between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. PST or using the contact form at right.  Be sure to include your order number.
